Music Ministry at St. Louis de Montfort Parish

NEWS:

After a few years off, we have a choir at St. Anthony Church again! We welcome anyone who has an interest in singing -- experience in choral singing & reading music is NOT required, but is certainly a plus. The choir will be scheduled at one mass per month, with one rehearsal on Tuesday at 7:00 PM the week before the mass. The choir will also sing at Christmas and Easter. More information on the schedule, music, and practice recordings is available on one of the tabs under the Music Ministry portion of our website (see the Ministries tab above).

We're continuing with our ad hoc choir at both the 5:00 PM Saturday vigil and 10:45 AM Sunday morning masses with Linda, Monika, and Dan. The singers should plan to meet 30 minutes before mass to briefly rehearse the music (4:30 PM for the 5:00 PM mass; 10:15 AM for the 10:45 AM mass). We will email a list of music at the beginning of the week prior to singing, and are happy to provide practice recordings to help you learn your parts at your request.
